Continental School Coin Silver Chalice- A 17/18thC form of candlestick base supporting a round bowl which is fitted with a domed top lid having a double cross finial, 12" tall, 14.5 toz, marked on the underside of the base with hallmarks of a "Castle/C" plus others polished partially off ( unknown maker and origin, see web site for clear photos), also marked similarly on the top edge of the bowl which unscrews from the base, the lid is not marked but appears consistently constructed as with the base, dents and wear.
