Lot 229: 13" GK German Bru Type Gebruder Kuhnlenz Doll

13" GK German Bru Type Gebruder Kuhnlenz Doll, Marked GK 34.25 on the back of her head. She has a bisque socket head, inset brown eyes, and closed mouth, with pierced ears. She is on a straight wrist 8 ball wood and composition jointed body. She has a cork pate, sparse blonde mohair wig. She is wearing a pleated cotton slip, cotton underpants, and what looks like (melting) original dress. There has been repair to the back of her head, cheek rubs, and repaint to parts of the body. The antique hat has a label inside that reads: Moscow Beaver Dolls Hat June 1878. All clothing has wear from play, age and storage.
