New England Dish Top Candlestand, having a 21" diameter dished top with central inlaid three color fan supported by an urn turn shaft and three cabriole legs ending in pad feet, 27 1/2" tall, the cleat appears to have been replaced but the top is old with some restoration to the fan, probably 18thC Rhode Island or Conn.
