Lot 62: A Fine Northwest Coast Indian Feast Spoon

A Fine Northwest Coast Indian Feast Spoon. The spoon carved in classical form with the handle in the form of a standing anthropo-zoomorphic figure (possibly an otter) carved fully in the round with hands to chest and seated on a large mask-like face. The handle attached to the horn upper part of the horn spoon with copper. Beautifully patinated - Probably Haida or Tlingit. 9" tall.
