WWII Navy Officer's Sword made by Hilborn Hamburger INC. NY Solinger. 34" overall with very shiney etched blade with Navy anchor anel eagles. Brass hand guard and faux shark skin grip that is brass wire wrapped and a brass tassel. Leather and brass scabbard that shows some light handling marks. Also has a leather hanger by Hilborn and Hamburger INC. Brass size 36 with fixtures. Hangers show some wear mostly on edges, overall as a group excellent condition. This was used by Theodore M Gilliard who served in the navy during WWII, this also comes with a print of Destroyers USS Midloch and HMS Holcombe as one of the boats he served on during his enlistment. Print is also in excellent condition showing great color.
