Alfred Vickers, Sr, England (1786-1868), oil on canvas painting of cows by their shed, signed lower left "A Vickers 1862" also written in pen on the back of the canvas, 10" X 14", good early gilded frame with some damage, Provenance: also comes from the Verney collection but with no documentation.
