Probably Mompa from Arunchal Pradesh, though possibly Bhutanese.

In the form of an old woman with diadem and hair parted from either side, the face with high brow, deeply inset eyes and downturned mouth. The whole with remains of pigment. Excellent patina and signs of use. On a custom base.
